Recent Home Sales Across Oregon — Stories Behind Every Closing
A Season of Closings, A Season of Stories
Summer kept our team busy, and as we head into fall we want to slow down and share what the last month looked like. Every closing below had a real story behind it — families reuniting, big moves across state lines, longtime homeowners turning the page. Here is a little about each one.
65 Bangle Court, Cottage Grove
Viviana made the move all the way from Fresno, California. It started when we helped her daughter relocate to Oregon, and then Mom followed. Family back together — just the way it should be. She closed on a brand-new construction home, and we walked the punch list personally to make sure every item was handled before she took possession. Welcome home, Viviana.
30767 Alder Street, Lebanon
Alissa and Kyle found their acreage in Lebanon. This was a for-sale-by-owner property on well and septic, with a lot of moving parts — including the sale of their own home lining up at the same time. We brought in a full septic evaluation and well testing so they knew exactly what they were getting. Kyle told us afterward that we made them feel like family through the whole process, and that is about the highest compliment we could ask for.
1625 Victorian Way, Eugene
Linda and Bruce trusted us with the sale of their home in a market that has not been easy on anyone. Rates bouncing, buyers cautious, homes sitting longer than expected. It took strategy, patience, and a lot of communication — and we got it done. We started as their agents and finished as their friends.
914 NE Oakmont Loop, Albany
Not every transaction is smooth, and this one took real work to get across the finish line. We got it under contract below asking price and secured over $10,000 in reductions after inspections. Jason and Sally had a U-Haul packed and rolling from Texas to the Pacific Northwest, and they were incredible through every step. Friends for life out of this one.
86407 Homestead Road, Springfield
Denise and Bryan Etchison sold the home where they spent 14 years and raised their family. The property treated them well, and after all those years the 20 acres simply became more than they wanted to keep up with. It was an incredible home, and it was a privilege to help them close that chapter the right way.
325 Ironwood Loop, Creswell
And then we got to help Denise and Bryan find the next one. These two have been dear friends of ours for over 25 years, and walking beside them through selling one home and buying the next in the same month meant everything to us. Cheers to you both on this next chapter.
Built on Trust, Not Advertising
Every one of these closings came from a referral, a returning client, or a friend who thought of us. That is not something we take lightly.
Thank you for trusting us with your homes and for sending your people our way. It means everything to our team.
