Kate Stephens

I am an Oregon native with a background in property management and social media marketing. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oregon State University, where I spent four years on the cheerleading team and had the honor of serving as team captain. That experience shaped my leadership style, strengthened my work ethic, and taught me the value of teamwork and dedication.

Growing up in Oregon has given me a deep appreciation for our community and the people who make it special. I’m passionate about building strong relationships and bringing both strategy and creativity into everything I do. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and animals, and I truly value the connections that turn a house into a home.
